The
single-arm, Smooth Control™ hardware system employs a worm gear drive
for easy operation.
Awning
windows have two sash locks--one at each sill corner--for an added measure
of security and increased weather-tightness. Each lock uses a system that ejects
the sash for easy opening while the “reach-out” action eliminates
binding when closing.
