Double-Hung Commercial
Series Sizes:
• All units
are built in 1/4" increments.
• No standard sizes. Commercial frame sizes range from 13 3/4" to
48" wide
and 28" to 96" tall
• Also available in Monumental sizes up to 60" wide and up to 120" tall.

• Aluminum-clad exterior protected by Pella EnduraClad™ or
EnduraClad™ Plus fluorocarbon-based (Kynar®*
500) finish system for added durability.
• Sash and frame members are select softwood, preservative-treated to resist
damage from water and insects. Clear pine on window interior
for painting or
staining.
• Sash corners are joined three ways (mortise and tenon, glue and metal
fasteners)
for increased strength.
• Venting units available as well as simulated (fixed) units for maintaining
consistency
in appearance.
• Both sash of the venting unit pivot between jambs without removal for
easy cleaning
of outside glass from inside of building.
• Self-aligning recessed sash lock and strike factory installed. Standard
finish
is Champagne.
• Wide range of energy-efficient glazings.
• Factory-applied jamb extensions for rectangular units available in 4
9/16",
5 3/16", and 6 9/16" wall depths
